Question: I am seeking advice regarding a marital issue. My husband said Talaq to me twice within 24 hours (on 2 separate accounts). He argues that he was provoked by me and said it in anger. That it was not intended. He also said he has revoked the Talaq and wants to take me back. He has since apologised and insisted that it is permissible that we can resume marital relations. I have had no menstrual cycles since the whole incident as it all happend less than a month ago.. I will be approaching my first cycle soon. I would like to know if it is permissible for me to resume marital relations and move on from this?
