What is the iddah (waiting period) of divorce for a non-menstruating woman?

Question: A Person gave his wife one talaq using the word ‘talaq’ 11 years ago, he then revoked that talaq and now he has given her another talaq. How do they reconcile and be together again as they regret their mistake? Note that the husband is in the UK and the wife lives abroad and they have been living separately for one year due to an asylum case.

Question: One has been forced to give ‘three talaqs’ to his wife, he has been threatened to the extent of being hospitalised or the one threatening ending in jail. Does this validate the talaq?
